What I help with

  • Buying at your new duty station: Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, Owens Cross Roads) and Georgia moves, with live video tours and VA-loan-friendly offers.
  • Selling or renting out the home you're leaving: a side-by-side sell-versus-rent comparison, and a property manager referral if you keep it.
  • VA loans: I coordinate with your lender on the Certificate of Eligibility, appraisal timing and seller-concession negotiation. VA rules come from the VA and your lender; I make sure your offer is written to work with them.
