How a referral works

1. Send me your client's name, contact, timeline and needs by phone, text or email.
2. I contact your client the same business day and confirm back to you.
3. We sign a broker-to-broker referral agreement before I take the client on.
4. You get written updates at contract, at each major milestone and at closing.
5. The referral fee is paid broker to broker at closing, per the agreement.

Clients I often help: relocation and military PCS buyers, out-of-state sellers, inherited and estate property, divorce-related sales, new construction buyers, investors and Spanish-speaking clients.
